Andree Wallin is a professional digital artist from Sweden. His astounding paintings are your free ticket to another universes.
Wallin started drawing on Photoshop at the age of 19. Now he works using Wacoom Intuos 5 tablet, helping him to digitalise easier. His works are a mixture of scratch and matte paintings. Matte art is painted representation of a landscape, set, or distant location that allows filmmakers to create the illusion of an environment that is nonexistent in real life or would otherwise be too expensive or impossible to build or visit (Wikipedia).
Walins took part in the making of:
- Star Wars: Episode VII - as a concept artist
- Oblivion (2013) - as a concept illustrator
He is also a director and writer of State Zero - a short sci-fi movie.
